I'm using iTz-JeWeLs zombies DEX eboot, and I'm on 4.50 ita DEX

Delete everything that is connected to BO2. Game saves, updates, and if the game is on your HDD, then that too. Reboot, then reinstall everything. It shouldn't happen anymore after that.
