Something notably missing from the conference was Zombie mode. But in an interview that has surfaced from Gamescom (You must login or register to view this content.), we finally get some information about the much anticipated mode. Mark Lamia didn’t go into too much detail with the interviewer, but did mention that the worlds will be much bigger, and the new strategies players will create and incorporate will “blow your mind.” He also said there was much more to the worlds, and many more things that you could do than in the past.

When asked about the possibility of 8 player zombie mode, Lamia danced around the question, but did mention that they refer to the mode as “4 Z 4” mode. The final thing we learned is when the interviewer said “It’s cool that it’s in 2025 and how its, she got older now.” Lamia responded with “you have seen…a character” avoiding any details, or need to go into any for that matter.
Who is the returning character? Could it be Sarah Michelle Gellar? Many questions come out of this interview regarding this fan favorite game type. To add to this, other reports of Zombie easter eggs thrown around GamesCom have been spoken about, but yet to surface. People who think that Zombies is going to set in a different Time frame to the actual game are idiots, They ain't gona do different sets of weapons for a 50 year leap back to 1960 or what ever it is set in for the Black Ops Zombie story line, Someone on xbox before was thinking it would be straight after Black Ops 1, I just :lol: Yes they may do the odd map going back in time, such as Nuketown! (Set in 1960 on Zombies)
