all to do with the easter egg which happens when you do it on moon

as when the doctor and sam switch bodies, the doctor has blue eyes so the zombies will have blue eyes

The freight truck from Nuketown is in the first screnshot, the bus is presumably from nuketown as well, maybe this is part of the nuketown zombies map.
