The thing you have to do is:
- Extract your 4.4gb pkg on your usb using pkgviewer
- On multiman put the bo3 folder (NPEB02266) on hdd0/game not GAMES
- Install the 1.01 update (2.2gb)
- Install fix and you will have your game in the xmb

change name to short word like ... blakops3game.pkg
