Here Is a Detailed Guide i Wrote Up On How to Get started and host lobbies.

HC CTF Boosting Guide:

Setup & Requirements:
Have a Mic
Have a 2nd Controller account
Rubber Bands, String or Charging Cable (Optional but Recommended), Alternative: Modded Controller or Titan One

Setting Up:
Have a Chat Party of 6 Players with their 2nd Controllers ready to go.
Have All Players create their boosting classes.

Setting Up Game Lobby:
Have someone to be the host of the lobby
Then get 2 Other People from Chat Party to Join the Host
You should now have a total of 6 players in Lobby Party.


Now the Host should look for a HC CTF Game mode.
Once the Host See's The Analysing Matches or Just the Normal Searching (0 Of 50 Matches)
The Host Should Say "Leave", Meaning Those 2 People Leave Hosts Party
Once Host Is in an empty Game Lobby, The Host Says "Join"then the 2 people who left join the Host Back
Then Host Leaves Lobby After The 2 Players with 2nd Controllers Join.

Now Those Two Players Who Joined Game Lobby Need to Announce Their User Names and Say "Every One Join [Their User Name]"
Now the 3 Other players who are Waiting in Chat Party with their 2nd controllers Join Those 2 Players ASAP. Once Every One Has Joined Some 1 Tells The Host to Join Back in Through One of the 5 Other Players That Are Currently in Lobby.

Optional Steps & Troubleshooting:
Now The Host Can Join Back Early only if one Other Player Joins in 1st After the 2 Players Currently in Lobby. If Done this way, then the remaining 2 players need to Join the Player who is in the 2nd Party.

Same Thing If Other Players Get Issues Joining They Need to Join the Players Who have a Party of 2 or 4
If one Party Is Currently Full (Party of 6)

If there are a lot of issues to join, try to get some 1 else to start The Lobby Setup
Those who are still having issues get them to close the app and re-open it or Reboot PS4.

If a Random Joins in Game Lobby then you will need to Repeat the Setting Up Game Lobby Step,
Or tell every to vote an Unpopular map and see if they leave.

In Game Rules:

Before the game starts or before you setup game, explain to everyone these rules & Guidelines

1. People need to get their 2nd controllers constantly moving around so they do not get kicked for inactivity.
   

To do this the best method for this is to use some string, rubber bands or the Charging Cable to make both left and right analog sticks pushed all the way to the right or left. This way your character will walk and spin at the same time. Set Both Controllers Horizontal Sensitivity to (12 - 14 this is a MUST, Min 8 or 9)

If you do not have string, rubber bands or cable try your best to place your controller down on the floor, table or bed Flipped over so that the Analog sticks are touching the Ground and are either pushing to the right or left.

Alternatively you can use modded controller or Titan One Mod to record the pushing of Analog sticks to left or right then set it on a loop.

1. Those who are waiting their turn need to keep spinning their main account 1st Controller & 2nd Controller (2nd account)
   
2. Once it’s your turn using your main account, run to opposite team a kill the spinning players, use UAV or HATER to show where they spawn in. Don’t Kill the player that is running around. (other player from other team)
   

Gameplay:
Now when the game is loading you will see Gamer Tags on each team.

Make Sure everyone takes Note of this.

Whoever is first in line (from the left) goes the first round. Then, the second person in line would go the second round. And finally, whoever is last in the line-up will get kills on the 3rd round.

So: when its 1st round the 1st player goes 1st, 1 from both teams
Round 2 same thing 2nd player, 1 from both teams and so on...

During Overtime The 4th Final Round this is a Free for all meaning everyone can go a kill with their main Accounts but only the spinning players not the moving and running around players.

Optional: When there is 1 min left in the 4th round one player from one of the teams needs to Grab the enemy flag, and wait near their Home base. Once its counting down from around 30 seconds the player with enemy flag captures the flag by walking over their flag in their base, or just carry their flag and kill the person who is carrying ur flag to cap it that way.
This ends the game and gives that team who captured the flag bonus XP.

Then next game the opposite team captures the flag and this keeps being rotated every game.

EG: CDP gets it the 1st Game Then Black Ops will get is 2nd Game then 3rd Game Back to CDP
Note: Only Done in Round 4 (Overtime)

Note: there are a total of 4 rounds and each round is 5 min, Total Game Time 20 Min Per Game.

Notes:
Where [Their User Name], Replace word with Your Actual User/PSN Name

Where I say 2nd Party That would be the Grey Looking Sidebar on the right next to the Players Name.
If You’re in one, it will show up as Blue to you and a Star Icon to whoever is Party Leader.



HC CTF Boosting Guide Example:

Legend:
John (TheHost)

Setting Up:

John Creates a Chat Party and Invites Players from 1 - 6
John then tells all players to create their boosting classes for their challenges they need to complete

John also recommends that all players have a UAV & HATER Killstreaks on to help them find the Spawn Locations in Game

Setting Up Game Lobby:

John invites or tells 2 people from chat party to join him.

Player 1 & Player 2 Joins John

Now John looks for a HC CTF Game mode and waits till he see's the Analysing match thing to show or waits 2 seconds
And then John tells players 1 - 2 to leave him

Now that John is in an empty game lobby he tells players 1 - 2 who left him to join back in

Now john leaves game lobby after those players have joined him

Now john tells all other waiting players to join players 1 - 2 or they themselves tell everyone to join them


Now john asks if everyone is in game lobby, someone replies yes, now john joins back into the lobby.
