Step 1:
Determine what Firmware you're on and if your ps3 is DEX or CEX

Follow this diagram

Execute the steps that are shown in the diagram
example: Rebug D-Rex 4.75.3 -> Switch To Cex -> Update Rebug 4.76.1

Step 4:
Remove rebug toolbox and install latest version *Package Manager>*Install Package Files>PS3 System Storage>REBUG_TOOLBOX_02.02.07.pkg

Step 5:
Enable cobra mode and webman

Step 6:
Restart console

Step 7:
Head over to webman navigate to ps3 folder and to your black ops 3 R2+triangle to deactivate CFW

Step 8:
Launch black Ops 3 by pressing X, close browser and then start the game

You're just wasting people's time, making them convert to CEX which is really crappy. I'm on 4.75.3 Rebug DEX and I can join friends and public lobbies. If you can't join, then consider fixing your internet connection and or the servers are down for the time being. It has nothing to do with firmwares! It's a new game that has bugs just like any other new game that is released.

Same here I'm on rebug 4.75.3 and the game works fine and I get no server issues

I am on Rebug D-REX 4.75.3 and i can play the copy disc version fine....
I can join friends and ofw.
