When you (as the host) reached 4/22 deaths, all you need to do is simple unplug your internet cable, and plug it back in
this will sign you off of psn. Log back in --> and your still level 50.
I tried it myself, and I totally worked.
I take all the credit for this, I found this by myself 100%.

:FU: i am 15th prestige i got deranked back to lvl 1 and im doing the same thing here as you told me to get 4 deaths then pull the internet cable out and i cant get back to lvl 50 some please help me my name on psn is joev14 if you can maybe host me one thanks i probably need someone to host for me
