You can do this method but ur rate of getting banned is alot high.

This won't get you banned. I've been doing this for almost a week and haven't been banned. For this to work you must kill people\yourself until you get level 55 or however many CoD points you want then back out, prestige (or not depending if you want points or not), sign out, then back in. And viola.
