You don't need to be signed in, The point of LAN is to share files within your own network.

This hack is theoretically possible, But with the majority of the people on here having no idea what they are talking about, It seems highly unlikely that they will figure this out.

Now I'm not saying everyone trying this is incapable, I believe shaun is a reliable resource, Along with a few other select people.

I.e what hex you edited?

I found the first box with my area code in it and changed it to 00 then used create effects code in cm to get ufo after downloading hacked patch

So all you did is set your area code to null (00) and it reinstalled to your PS3 without error?
