If you go into the COD4 section, there are guys in there (and all around the board) that would be happy to edit a patch for you.

But, as I have been using his patch for a long time now...the easiest way is to use Stealth mode. Then just add whatever guns you want by going to menu/mod menu/weapons. You can pick any gun on the game, or any of the many modded ones he offers.
