Nope, Stick and move is basically a scuff controller due to having jump set at R3 (Right Analogue) which ur thumb is already on.

I use Stick and move 14 sensitivity horizontal and vertical and sometimes 12 horizontal for when I'm sniping. R2 L2 (LT RT) to ads and shoot.
