Maybe because some players will be having off days and jst report you for something ridiculous.

You have to explain any attempt at humour on this site if you don't want some kids starting a flame war.
Especially if it is any form of sarcasm. The kiddies just don't get it.

The reporting feature is going to get totally overwhelmed by spam.
All of the legitimate reports of hacking and boosting will be lost in the clutter of BS reports.

My guess is they have a program that reviews the leaderboards for players who are well out of the averages for score against kills and time played.

They can't possibly review the thousands of reports that will be coming in.

Seems many are being banned for boosting and most are in parties so they are not being reported. They must have some computer generated review process. Especially when you consider the amount of statiscal data they are keeping on this game.

I've been going into as many lobbies as possible and reporting all the immature people with penises, animals having sex, and all the other stupid shit in their emblems. Seriously guys, the emblems are not there for you to be completely immature.
