please be aware that this hotfix is live in the UK @6:56 GMT on the 14th May 2012 and will go worldwide tonight.

If you have any Modified Eboot's or any config's on the 1.13 update please delete your game update data (on the ps3 xmb) and re-install the 1.13 update to prevent a permanent ban. now's the time to speak up on any mac address bypass ways....

UPDATE: checked the Mw3, Cod4 and CoD5 Activision servers and they appear to be ok, my friends who dont have the configs are still online, its something to do with black ops.

UPDATE 2: It looks like its an account ban, can we get more people to test this on their backup accounts.

UPDATE 3: Another Hotfix went worldwide last week (28th May 2012.) no precise date was acknowledged.

UPDATE 4: It looks like its a temporarily ban (2 days), this means that your 1/3 warning is used, two more and your console banned.

FIX: Create A New SEN ID (PSN) and use that account, the risk is even higher now, you will have approximately 15 minutes before you get banned, this is only temporarily (2 days if possible).

Just play on LAN why with a risk of ban.? Keep modding the $h1t out of the game your way with no risk + still play with your buddies :carling: . Also they would never know about $h1T or cant do sh1t . FK the leaderboards ,like they will not see the change ?! Let the people leaking the sh1t out of these modz, get banned. All i can say is if the server is down ,they could be adding detection/security/hash checks ,who NOs, to check the ?? Don't risk the little we have left to get patched, when we can keep it for good & play without needing PSN. If this is true ? people should have expected this. After all ,we are talking about 3LAMEARC = Little whining girls. I like the game buuut, i hate the makers. I know 113 is my last update i got everything i need => No need to update again if a patch is released. Remember if a patch is released say good buy to to the goods .I hope you all have a backup with 113 so you can activate the DLC & have fun on LAN if things turn ugly . you sound like your from anonymous :p and don't worry, ive got 3 possible ways of getting past this, one way for sure works but you cannot connect to or with your friends and randomers with that way. you can connect to the online server though.

mods stil working for me and online

supprisingly 99% of the people who have seen this its still working for them, me, vampytwist and mrcheatvision got banned. we sign onto a different account and it worked. it could be a session ban for that certain time we where on.
