Through the call of duty ghosts app on my iPhone, to invite people you just search there names and click invite to clan, to create your clan you can do it through barracks on ghosts or through the app. As far as i can tell, to accept applications you go onto your clan page and click on the helmet with a spiral type shape next to it (located at the top right of the page) scroll down to see the pending applications and accept them through that. Hope this helped
