Hmm I put this into my PVT patch and it seems to be a type writer text. This is how i put it in
SMSG()
{

There's no specific threads closing on one certain dvar. This was more noticed when 1.13/1.12 was out. There are multiple threads about zone editing this. You look at any modern 1.13 patches, and they're bound to have this in it, but with custom text through zone modding :\
