Now I decompiled it, and nothing seems to be new... no lag fixes.. no script changes.. no difference in compiling... So don't get your hopes up, or get scared. Nothing really new has been added.

That was included in the self. The patch itself is literally the same (byte for byte)

English, but you can convert by changing the region via HxD
