(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); In my continuing crusade against the injustice of buying a game for £50 and experiencing a bad multiplayer experience lag, frame rate ussues, crashes, and more I called Activision.

They tried to put me through to an 0845 number for customer service but I said have you got a press department as i am going to organize a protest and I am representing the views of many.

I got through to a very helpful woman who was the UK PR Manager and explained what was happening in the game and the fact youtube, and multiple forums INCULDING the official COD MW3 forums are literally buzzing with unhappy ps3 gamers experiencing difficulty with lets face it a premium priced game!

She said she is actually going to do something and said that if there really is a community of people that need information about what they are doing to fix it she will help. She is going to go to Activision USA and go to SONY and find out what is being done. She is calling me back with the information. She sounded genuinely concerned and like she was going to do something.

SO bookmark this thread and I will post what happens...

I am taking a stand if nothing happens and will organize a facebook petition and gather 100 gamers together and have a fun day marching on and presenting it to Activision in the UK whilst calling local press =]

See this is precisely why I waited to buy mw3 AFTER it came out, activision doesn't deserve all my money, after all they treat sony customers like shit compared to xbox (yes xbox bribed them, but still it doesn't mean that they should make it laggy for us) If this continues then I'll just buy BF3. At least there servers are dedicated unlike Activision No

No i think we have already established your attitude is the 99% I am clearly in the crazy ass 1% that at least try.

I am actually the 1% my friends often comment how whatever I want just seems to fall in my lap for example I wanted tickets to this event and I had no money... the competition had closed right so i emailed and said please give them to me and they just said ok. turns out they hadnt chose a winner yet and i tried hardest.

Everyone payed a lot for this game! It was $60 just as every other game ever made for the Xbox 360 OR Playstation 3 I mean you guys take shit too far. Go ahead groan me I could give two shits I realize it sucks but your acting like this was twice the cost of other games. Now agreed $60 is too much for a video game first of all but thats not my decision. Also I'm not talking about limited edition or elite or anything were discussing the disk and the disk only.

WTF? I understand if lag is annoying right now but these "Im going to sue, I want my money back/justive" threads are ****ing stupid.

Who would even think to contact Activision about these things but lunatics? It's $60 and yes I(an adult) spent that money and the lag at times is annoying. However I chose to turn off theater and deal with it til it's patched. If it was so bad I would sel the game and/or quit playing until I hear irs better.

You spent 60 dollars or whatever currency you use NOT $10,000 dollars. It's a laggy online videogame NOT a damn car ir hell even a console. I could understand calling Sony or Microsoft is your console had issues but calling to cry and try to start petitions because of lag on a game millions are playing 10 days after release is ridiculous. Wow, go get some fresh air.

I'm on PS3 and it lags occasionally but not nearly enough to act like since multiplayer isn't 99% smooth I feel entitled to justice or whatever nonsense you're demanding.

You clearly arent host... On my screen my screen freezes so bad its almost as if someone is lag switching. It is not normal lag i have played many cods and lag is lag its always there. A week of out of memory issues, then game freezing lag, frame rate skipping and overall poor performance is not acceptable for a top title game.

You also do not understand that I bought an optimised internet connection for gaming and therefore I am host 100% of the time unless I join someone else then when they leave I am always host.

So my experience of the game is hosting matches for others to play while I frustratingly sit there lagging out so bad the game is not worth playing.

$60 is not a lot of money to you? well let me tell you here in the UK if we get bad service we have TV shows exposing poor quality products/services that cost less than £50!!

Maybe you are willing to put up with poor performance but I myself run my own business... My business relies on quality service if a customer contacted me and told me the service they were getting was so poor it wasnt worth having I would KISS HIS ****ING ASS and make sure it was improved.

Answer this... Millions are playing ? Why not increase capacity?

PS3 is buggy... why not test it first and address before release?

The facts are this.

I am providing a service to you, activision, and other gamers by hosting lobbies the players within do not experience lag. Then I buy the game too at a premium (it is an expensive game at least here in UK)

Why shouldnt i be able to play the game I love?

Your just one of these that are not hosting and experience ok games and cant understand why I am so upset. Google the issue.... thousands and i do mean thousands are experiencing the same as me. Thousands of people who all paid good money who cant game properly needs addressing. What i have done is tell the company that made it its not good enough and clearly due to the private messages i am getting others feel the same.

Its not that bad...I havent even experienced anything yet. I only get put with people from Ireland, so I guess thats why I dont experience much lag Happy
