In my continuing crusade against the injustice of buying a game for £50 and experiencing a bad multiplayer experience lag, frame rate ussues, crashes, and more I called Activision.
They tried to put me through to an 0845 number for customer service but I said have you got a press department as i am going to organize a protest and I am representing the views of many.
I got through to a very helpful woman who was the UK PR Manager and explained what was happening in the game and the fact youtube, and multiple forums INCULDING the official COD MW3 forums are literally buzzing with unhappy ps3 gamers experiencing difficulty with lets face it a premium priced game!
She said she is actually going to do something and said that if there really is a community of people that need information about what they are doing to fix it she will help. She is going to go to Activision USA and go to SONY and find out what is being done. She is calling me back with the information. She sounded genuinely concerned and like she was going to do something.
SO bookmark this thread and I will post what happens...
I am taking a stand if nothing happens and will organize a facebook petition and gather 100 gamers together and have a fun day marching on and presenting it to Activision in the UK whilst calling local press =]
