Then you HAVE to cancell the auto renew, what this does is even if you got the hardened edition you still downloaded it from the store etc.

Because you downloaded it then you have a subscription, this could mean if you wanted to buy this years hardended edition to get elite, it will still auto renew from the store.

So you need to make sure to cancel your auto renew in order to not end up having to pay for elite twice, and getting completely ripped off from elite.

thats how i thought it worked lol but i learned after doing the qriocity free trial thing when i went on the ps3 account management thing my credit card information had all of a sudden bin added back to my account eaven tho i had deleted it from my account settings a while back so i suggest any one that has any kind of subscriptions on ps3 go check out your settings

That second statement is a matter of opinion and I don't see how anyone who bought elite can really say elite premium is a rip off.
Overall you are saving money on all the dlc. So the fact you get all year extra's is really a bonus.

The first statement about "having to pay for elite twice" is also slightly misinformed. You are making it out to be some sort of double payment?

That was more directed at people who would get it with the hardened edition and so would buy it twice and get ripped off by having it twice

I bought Elite and it's a P.O.S. Useless, crap maps, crap Spec Ops and no HD uploads. Total waste of money.

Like I said "you aren't getting ripped off" as it actually saves you money.
The quality is an opinion and quite frankly judging by your post, I think you're just one of the people who just hates on it for the hell of it.

Glad I just got it at gamestop then. I hate things that have auto-renew automatically on. Its like a leech that keeps sucking money out of you and you may not notice *A*. Personally I like elite. I may not play on the new maps alot but I would have still ended up getting them eventually and now I just get them all cheaper and automatically!
