What do you think should count more, the who shot first or who shoot better.

Im not trying to complain about COD or anything but ive been playing a few different games recently and it seems games have gone from the skillful wins to who has a quicker reaction?

Consistency is what makes a good player. Anyone can be good at holding down R1 & R2 and controlling recoil.
