TO add on to what acid said try and contact sony to get your account back, this should be easy if you have the serial number of your ps3 (located on the back of the ps3) you'll also need the email you registered the account with and the username or psn whatever you want to call it. Not only will you get your account back but the scammers ps3 well be permabanned :lol:
