Seriously don't understand how these sites stay up... There is even a video on Youtube that is created by the owners of the website to help "verify" their claims. It's got like 170K views!!! Who knows how many people have actually tried this crap or worse lost money/been scammed. People need to learn there is NO WAY to cheat you way to cash in either story mode and Online - not even the "You must login or register to view this content." for GTA 5 have a money cheat.

There will always be such websites, and there will always be people who are going to fall.
