Try to go to settings/app saved data management/saved data in system storage then delete on the PS4. Most DLC/Data are usually listed under the system storage/ Option button so you can check the download list as well and try the option button there. I never had to delete a DLC on the PS4 so I'm just throwing out the basics option here.
