I tried the basics like changing channels, reset modems, change wires, and nothing seems to work. I also have an 80Mbps Down and 20Mbps Up. It only lags on wifi as I play on Ethernet because the internet is setup in my room.

What ISP you have?

Comcast business class! My friends have the same as me, but they don't lag over wifi.
