We recently updated to Bigpond ADSL2+ (Australia) and yes we still run through phone line

But we are supposed to be getting speeds between 10Mb/s to 24Mb/s

I just ran a test now and this is what we are getting. We have rang Bigpond and they are not much help and i have been reading around about ADSL2 ports or something for the phones, which to my knowledge, we have.

Yes 5Mb/s download... and i duno what happened to upload

Anyway all help will be appreciated to fix this problem! It could be our phone lines (i will ask later about the ADSL 2 ports for phones.. i know its not ports, cant think of the word right now xD)
