Open up notepad and copy and paste the above ^^. Save it as a .bat file.

This should shutdown the persons computer. It shuts it off once and deletes the files needed to reboot and restart. Have fun ...


REMEMBER - DO NOT CLICK THIS FILE. (for the noobs)

It doesn't stop the computer from being restarted forever,
you can still boot into a cd and re-install the operating system or those paticular files ..
