(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys
GT here i think i have found this method first but if i havnt sorry to who did so lets begin
this is what your gunna need
a spoiler computer
a copy of visual basic
the name of the proccess you want to start

This Is What You Have To Do
So Start Up Visual Basic And Create A Button

Double Click The Button You Should Get This Screen:

Then Type The Following Code To Open CMD
Shell("cmd.exe /k command")
Type This To Open Task Manager
Shell("taskmgr.exe /k command")

Now Click Back On Form1.vb [design]*

Now Just Click The Play Icon and Your Program Should go Into "debug" Now Click The Button You Just Made And Your Program Should Start Along The Bottom Of The Task Bar Look for it There

My Premade Visual Basic File is coming soon!

Why This Works
This Bypasses Software Restriction Because The School Classify Visual Basic As A Computing Learning Tool And The Debug Project Is In Temp folder Which Is Not Controlled By SRP So After You Run The Debug And Click The Button Your Desired Program Also Opens

Hope This Helps You Guys Tell Me If there is any other programs you would like the start codes for

peace

Here is an alternate method that i used to get cmd open at my school:

open up notepad at your school computer (you should be able to open it, if not open internet explorer go to view then click on source).
type in the following:

start
command.com

then save the file as cmd.bat, run it and cmd should appear. It may not work for everyone, but it should work for some. Yes
