Can anyone help, like tell me what buttons to press or something? Thanks.

Click the apple at the top left of your screen, go to dock turn hiding off, or go command+option+D I think this would fix it. you can also go to system preferences (Click the apple, system preferences) and click dock and change your preferences there.
