I defeated!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So iv'e tried re-installing xammp multiple times. Iv'e also tried unblocking port 80, and iv'e tried using wamp but it keeps telling me that things are blocked.

Do you by any chance use skype? If so exit it and try starting apache again.

If Teamviewer is installed, stop it using port 80.

I fixed it. For some reason "localhost" wasn't added in the local link.
