This will apply to a very select amount of people but I am leaving this here if need be and so I can link others. If you have updated to the RTM Build of Windows 10 (10240) via the Insider Program and also have an nVidia card you may have been prompted or auto downloaded the driver 353.50. You could have also downloaded it anyway.
For those who have this driver and run a screen resolution of 1080p you have probably noticed your cursor in blunt terms, is fucked... (

To fix this issue you can try 2 different methods:
1)
- Enter 'evice Manager' by hitting Win+X then M
- Locate to 'isplay Adapters' and then double click your card
- Locate the 'rivers' tab
- Select the 'Roll back' option to re-install 353.30 instead of .50
The roll back option may be blanked so here is method 2:
2)
- Follow method 1 up to 1.3
- Select the 'Uninstall' option
- Follow You must login or register to view this content. link and fill out the information
- The recommended driver should be 353.30
- Download and re-install 353.30
Like I said this is for a very select few but for those with the bug it is VERY frustrating and I hope this helped the people that do!
