well i tested both ways now.....
1st way:go to psita manager and restore original console id,then delete history in psninja got banned in 4 days.

2nd way:spoof to 4.66,restore console id ,then go into psn patch 4.66 disable cfw,then delete history and replace and make readable only etc......then loaded up destiny and ive been playing this way for 3 weeks now and no ban.....

tbh the only safest way is to play on OFW...because bungie even states you will be banned on just modified console firmware...
