Do you think it's safe for me to install the DLCs if I play using the disc? Or will it still increase my chance of being banned?

i played 2 weeks without ban destiny on cfw via extern harddrive, but its 6 months ago... and if you use mods, you only have 2h to play

So what if I didn't use any mods, and just wanted to play legit (on my CFW using the torrent of destiny on my external hdd) would I get banned them???

I Havnt even had a chance to play this game due to the fact that CFW players keep getting banned lol when do you think we can all "safely" play destiny on CFW?? Is there any anti ban released yet??
