There is another way to log in I think by putting your psn or gt in ... That's I think .. Or creat another email and click forgot email and get it sent to that email u just created

go to main menu xbxbox live/online my fifa11 online settings/xbox live settings then EA account settings then update email and pass then your done =D

As the above have mentioned, I believe you can use your PSN/XBL info - which can be found in account management/settings on your console.
