Normally I would agree with you but I know you can as a friend of mine used my eur eboot on a usa game of black ops for the 15th prestiege hack

Mate But correct me if im wrong but if you change your bles id to blus id then use the usa version of fifa 11 eboot.bin with usa param.sfo it should allow you into UT and all the other functions plus changing your Ps3 region.
