(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Why doesn't FIFA include Scottish stadiums ?

Stadiums like the Ethiad Stadium (47,726 Capacity), Stamford Bridge (41,841 Capacity) & White Hart Lane (36,257 Capacity) are included. Capacity wise these stadiums are smaller than the stadiums mentioned below.

Celtic Park (60,355 Capacity) - 3rd Largest Football Stadium in Britain
Hampden Park (51,866 Capacity)
Ibrox Stadium (50,947 Capacity)

Is there a way to pitch ideas to EA for upcoming releases to include these stadiums ? I believe there will be more stadiums which people want to suggest, this however is the stadiums that I can't understand why they aren't in the game. Especially Celtic Park.
