This year EA made the servers separate instead of how previous FIFA titles where because of modding and coin glitches available on last generation. You will more than likely have to start a new club on ps3 as it surely wouldn't transfer over, the same thing cant be said about PS3 to PS4 though as I'm not sure, hope I helped though
