Which Autobuyer are you referring to?

Delay: The amount of time the Autobuyer waits before the next request. So imagine you have 2 players in your Item search, it will search for the first, wait the delay set, search for the other, wait the delay, search for the first player again and so on. 1500ms for example means 1.5 seconds.

Moving items to Trade Pile: This doesn't seem to work yet, sorry.

Seeing players you purchased: You can't. You can however set the Autobuyer to "Leave in item area" and open Ultimate Team on your console, the players it bought will pop up.
