but in a match u only get 300-450 but i see ppl they got like 20k 30k ?

People also work for their money, You don't start a game with 5600k points so don't expect to start ultimate team with more than 3k.

I too have that problem, I buy Hernan Crespo and try to sell him for 250 000. If I get him sold I will make 230 000+ in profit, but no one wants to buy him :/
