Depends on entirely what kind of squad you want really, If you don't want to sell you could try and improve it depending on the amount of money you have. If funds aren't a problem though then you should get some players in like Ribery, Thiago Silva, Yaya Toure etc.

That's actually a good squad, adding Dani Alves and Thiago Silva would make it even better.
