I believe it is for Steam but since it must be redeemed through Intel (see below) I am not positive. Sometimes these bundles are a bit wonky. The code also allows you to redeem Neverwinter: Uprising (free-to-play anyway) and Cylance Smart AV. I would advise skipping the optional redemptions unless you want the antivirus.

To redeem, you'll need to go to an Intel website and fill out a brief survey. I've done them before. I've knocked a few dollars off the price I would otherwise ask, but even if you're thinking about the answers you give it shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
