And yes, you can. Losing BF % is all about diet. And when you are new to heavy training, it is not unheard of to be able to put 15-20lbs of lean muscle on your frame in 14 months. It is all how your own body is composed as well.

You said 2 months, that's why. I know it's possible in 14 months

I lift, not to be cool or anything, but to stop bullying.

Yeah, I'm really addicted. Lifting did actually change my life. (srs) (130 lbs loss ). If I don't go to the gym, I feel depressed as fuck. don't even game since ages solely because how lifting replaced it in the way I enjoy things, and pretty much only replied on NGU because you mentioned lifting and I couldn't resist posting.

Weights do not matter. As long as you are using perfect form with reasonable weight, it is what matters. Even if he lifts a few pounds, he is still a lifter, all of us start somewhere. Time to stop letting people down? I do infact know guys whose physique would destory most of people on BB.com so let alone NGU, and all what they do is sensible routine + Reasonable weight + PERFECT form. You aren't born with Mass, you work for it, even if he lifted for one day, he is a lifter and deserves respect.

RIP PICHU.
I need to start working out again; although I am dropping weight naturally by eating more natural foods than fatty foods such as steak and hamburgers for dinner.

In about a months time; I've trimmed 8lbs by eating healthy and with moderate walking.

My weight set is just pure weights with bands that you pull; the old sort of resistance; I normally can push 80-100lbs without working out; I've maxed around 140 after I did my 2 month workout series.

I weight 275; I'm looking a bit on the fatter side now because of school and basically shitting out after I finish my studies leaving no workout room, but when i get back into the 250-260 range; I'm seen as husky.

Just re-modifying my diet for now; only thing I can do. Hopefully if it works out right, my body can naturally cut out another 10-20 lbs before summer hits or figure out something to start working out each day to really burn the weight.

Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% training. Remember that.
