Ok first all you require a Debug/CEX Console i.e a PS3 on a Debug or CEX Firmware.
For Dex You Could Use A RTE name changer tool the insert the button from the list I provided below.
For Cex you could use a Capi tool or create a modded eboot with the name you want.

R2=*
L1=
R1=*
Dpad up= *
Dpad down= *
Dpad right=*
Dpad left= *
X= () copy whats in between these ()

I tried to make modded eboot by using Raw Dog RTE. but, I failed.
