There's only 1 Non-Host SPRX menu for Ghosts (released anyway) that I know of, and that's Desire Engine. I'm afraid it isn't free, however.

for now i just use a modded eboot. but i tried frost engine. but it doesn't function properly but its still usable so i just stick to eboot. im just waiting for one to get cracked lol. as i dont pay for menus.
