Question: How do i connect on CEX?
Reply: You need to go on the button 'CEX' enable it, later go under on the CCAPI Box, put your IP and connect the ps3 on the same box.

So there are no 100% answers if the anti ban works fully or not. I'm assuming the ones who comment with 'THANKS! NICE TOOL!' haven't been banned yet? Be clear so everyone will know. And no offense to the OP. Everyone who creates tools say they don't get banned and their shit works for them. :p
