a) DNS mods
b) No fresh content

For me its not dead. Me and my friends like to be chased by cops and and stealing jets and playing missions, Even though some of us cheated.

It will never die!It's also one big world where you can shoot @ the police and other online players, GTA4 Still has alot of people who play it online just think about that.
