I will load GTA V start a online mission or race etc... then the screen will go black and then you see the cop car lights when its booting up, then just reloads. Im getting this all the time, im ready to chuck the game through the window

So, when you start up a mission or race, your Xbox reboots.
Have you modified the game in any way?

^^ yeah i believe if you have a jtag then there are some checks they do now and the game doesn't work.
