Have you tried this for PS3?
Earlier not a single Crew Challenge came up for me. I am checking right at this moment...

Edit: Crew challenges still wont show up in the crew challenges list in Gta5 on PS3... No idea why this happens...
It just shows blank, doesn't even say "No challenges available" or anything like that...

For me it has always been this way. No crew challenge has Ever shown up for me for some reason...
