Roffuc, this game is not region locked, well I also get stuck at the loading screen after I replay a mission.

note to yourself that psnstuff has gtav on there an after you use reactpsn load the game an sign in after you load game or it will give you an error simple an psnstuff has alot of other good games aswell

Provide more info about how you run the game what settings you have etc it may cause many reasons
