SPENT_GIVE_RATIO is a Ratio editor pretty sure you can also do it through cheat engine i'm sure

IIRC the cash multiplier is the first or second index. Pretty sure it's first then the RP one is second.

You can get using tunables DLC items so there should be thereticaly also ID for returning player bonuses

Nope, Dodo plane, Hatchet and Marshal is MP
