Being as the transfers are done and they opened the doors for everyone you can see why they are gunna be watching accounts that come over. Even rockstar knows that modders will be going horny right now to transfer there accounts.

106 billion is unreasonably ridiculous... Id say at this point just give your self enough to buy everything that's new. Like i said they are watching every account that transfers so doesnt matter what you do sadly

I've found it's completely random with their bans. I've tried as low as 20 million & as high as 750 million. Still around 1/5 get banned, no matter how much money is on them
